VitalsNook makes free health, fitness and family calculators that show their working: TDEE and BMR, calorie deficit, macros and protein, BMI, body fat, running pace, heart rate zones, sleep, due date, ovulation and dog and cat age. Every result names the formula and the published source behind it, gives a range rather than false precision, and stays on your device. The calculators give estimates for information, not medical advice.
How our tools work
Every tool on VitalsNook runs inside your web browser. When you open a file, your own device does the work using built-in browser technology and WebAssembly. Nothing is uploaded, so the tools are fast, work with large files, and keep your files private.
Free, without sign-ups
You'll never need an account or an email address. The site is paid for by ads, which we keep out of the way of the tools themselves.
